In 1983, I arrived in Canada as a landed immigrant after a life-risking journey from Vietnam and 2 refugee camps in Indonesia. 3 years later, I got a part-time job programming computer software while still in grade 10 and learning English as a second language.
All that excitement distracted me from my dream of becoming a school teacher. I enjoyed a rewarding career in information technology, working with public and private organizations across North America.
In 2006, I founded a leadership and management consulting firm.
When 2010 rolled around, I was invited to facilitate leadership and management courses for universities and colleges. My career took another turn, toward my teenage dream of teaching.
These days, I’m delighted to contribute to my community through a mix of executive coaching, leadership training, management consulting, workshop facilitation, and keynote speaking.
Passionate about leadership and creativity, I help leaders grow and innovate.
